Welcome to Wheat Snax at River View Farm!

Wheat Snax

From our fields to your family...

We are pleased to offer whole grain Wheat Snax™ and Tim's Best Seasonings. Wheat Snax™ are a whole-grain, high-fiber snack food made on our farm which overlooks the beautiful Columbia River Gorge outside of Quincy, Washington. Using only the finest ingredients, each batch is hand produced from family recipes. Tim's Best Seasonings offer handcrafted flavor to your meals.

As you walk across River View Farm, you can see the beautiful gorge of the mighty Columbia River and the faraway peaks of the Cascade Mountain Range.

In summer, the golden acres of wheat sway in the breeze and bring the promise of another bountiful harvest. Wheat has always been the foundation of our family farm.

Tim and mom Harriet run River View Farm, producing Wheat Snax™ and seasonings.  What started as a summer project for Tim at a local farmer's market has now grown into River View Farm.

Harvest is Almost Over!

Well, 2008 Wheat Harvest is almost over, and it was an average crop. We are grateful for that, as we have seen no measurable rainfall since March. When you grow wheat the dryland way, it is amazing that you can even harvest anything with no rainfall for that long, but it speaks to the good conservation practices of our husband and father, David Weber. Another crop, another year of Wheat Snax!

What's Happening in Commodities

We appreciate all our loyal customers very much! As you know, everytime you visit the grocery store or gas pump, prices are up. This is also true for us. In fact, the prices of our cooking ingredients have DOUBLED in the last 6 months. It is our policy to keep our prices as low as possible, and we make every effort to run a "lean" business, but we know we cannot stay in business and continue to take losses. With regret, we have raised the price on our Snax products. We waited a full 6 months before doing so, in the hopes our cost would come back down, but it was not to be. We hope our loyal friends will understand and continue to support our family farm enterprise! Thanks so much - Harriet & Tim Weber
